Loch Lomond has been voted one of the nation's favourite national parks, a new survey has revealed.
Holiday lettings company holidaycottages.co.uk asked 1,000 respondents to pick one favourite national park they have visited, and one national park they most want to visit.
A total of 7 per cent of participants voted Loch Lomond as their favourite national park of all time.
Of the national parks Brits have not visited, the five on the top of their bucket list were Lake District (16 per cent), Loch Lomond and the Trossachs (13 per cent), New Forest (8 per cent), Yorkshire Dales (7 per cent) and Snowdonia (7%).
Shannon Keary, digital PR manager at holidaycottages.co.uk, said: "We are lucky to have so many beautiful national parks in the UK, and it’s really interesting to see which ones are the nation’s favourite, and which are top on the bucket list to visit.
"Our national parks are truly amazing and are the perfect destination for a year-round staycation."
