Two Christmas light switch on events are to take place in Alexandria and Dumbarton this festive season.
West Dunbartonshire Council's Christmas light switch on ceremonies will go ahead on Saturday, November 27 on Main Street, Alexandria, and Sunday, November 28 on High Street, Dumbarton.
A council spokesperson said in an announcement on social media: "There will be lots to do for all ages with various festive activities such as Santa’s Grotto where you can meet Santa and get your picture taken, Elf Workshops, Balloon Art, Magic Show, Children’s Fun Fair and lots more.
"Join in the Christmas spirit as the festive lights are switched on - with various live performances including Little Mix and Spice Girls Tribute acts.
"Starting at 1.30pm with official switch on at 5.30pm, we look forward to seeing you there!"
