PUPILS from two primary schools in the Vale helped spread the word about the importance of looking after our wildlife with a visit to COP26 in Glasgow.
The groups from St Martin’s Primary in Renton and St Mary’s Primary in Alexandria attended the Green Zone at the climate summit.
The P4-P7 pupils were invited to an audience with Chris Packham, the naturalist and presenter of Autumn Watch on the BBC, who spoke about how animal habits and habitats are adapting in our ever changing climate.
