TWO men have been reported to the procurator fiscal for alleged motoring offences in Rosneath.
According to police in Helensburgh, officers saw a grey Skoda vehicle on the afternoon of Wednesday, January 5 that had reportedly been left unattended with the engine running near the village’s Co-op store.
Checks on a man who identified himself as the driver allegedly revealed he was not insured to drive the car. The 44-year-old, from Rhu, was charged with driving without insurance and leaving the vehicle unattended with the engine running.
A second man, aged 30, was also reported to the fiscal for allegedly allowing the first man to drive the vehicle without insurance.
