MEMBERS of the Dumbarton and District MS Group held a special afternoon tea event to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee.
The event took place at the Rosslea Hall Hotel in Rhu, where staff volunteered to help the group's own members bedeck the venue in their Jubilee decorations.
Group member Colina Bashford from Alexandria said: “Everything was beautiful the staff were so accommodating and a huge thank you to the volunteers for organising such a wonderful event.”
Louise Smart from Helensburgh said: “We had an amazing afternoon, the volunteers once again have surpassed themselves.”
The group's co-ordinator, Sheena Rollo, added: "Despite the torrential rain nothing could dampen the groups spirits, everyone had a splendid time.
"Huge thank you to all the staff at Rosslea Hall Hotel for an excellent afternoon."
Themed events are a regular feature of the events programme for the group, which was founded in 1970 to support people in Dumbarton, the Vale and Helensburgh and Lomond who have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
