A TEEN was allegedly caught drinking alcohol in a public place in Dumbarton.
The 19-year-old has been charged by police for reportedly conducting himself in a disorderly manner.

He was reportedly caught on Burnside Terrace, near Glasgow Road, around 6.15pm on June 19.
