As the last few weeks of the school summer holidays have flown by, children in Dumbarton and the Vale have been cramming in as much fun as possible.
The older children at Haldane Youth Services burned off their energy with a recent residential trip to Dalguise in Perth, where they learned how to canoe, fence and even abseil.
Meanwhile, the youngsters spent their time canoeing on Loch Eil, walking around the Glenfinnan Viaducts, making delicious homemade cookies and playing rock, paper, scissors, climb.
And children have been sharing their favourite experiences with the Reporter.
One said: “I loved picking peas, they taste so so good, and they are sweet.”
Another added: “I have never played dominoes before.
“It was good to learn something new; it was cool.
“I have had so much fun here.”
And to mark the last day of fun the organisation hosted a fun day, which had plenty of inflatables, arts and crafts, a duck race and games.
