A DEVELOPMENT site is currently up for sale at a busy industrial estate in Renton.
It is located on Levenside Road on the west side of the Vale of Leven Industrial Estate.
West Dunbartonshire Council [WDC] confirmed the site has gate access and is fenced.
It comprises of a regular shaped level site and the surrounding area contains industrial properties and development land.
The Vale of Leven Industrial Estate is situated around half a mile from the A82 providing connections to the M8 motorway via the Erskine Bridge.
Renton station [on the Balloch line] is also within walking distance of the estate and can be accessed by footbridge over the River Leven.
The industrial estate is long-established and offers good connectivity in a semi-rural setting.
