THE Scottish Pipe Band Championships is set to return to Dumbarton this summer to mark a special anniversary.
The popular free event will celebrate its 25th anniversary at Levengrove Park on Saturday, July 27.
Celebrations will kick off around 10am and run until 6pm.
More than 100 bands and thousands of visitors from across the world are expected to descend on the area for a day of traditional Scottish music and Highland dancing.
There will also be fun fairs, trade stalls, food, and drinks.
