LOCH Lomond Rugby Club recently took part in Clydebank Rugby Club’s annual 10-a-side tournament — claiming victory in the shield final.
Lomond opened the tournament against Clydebank A, with the extra space on the park and some quick players in the Bankies ranks, Lomond were unable to handle the impressive looking home side. Clydebank dominated to win 24-5.
In the shield final, Loch Lomond played some nice attacking rugby coupled with aggressive defending to defeat Cartha B team 24-0.
