It was a great start to the Gymnastics programme at the Brucehill Activity Centre last week as the children got to grips with the balance beam and vault and put their floor routines together.
The five to 14 year-olds are booked in for a six week block of high quality recreational gymnastics as part of the West Dunbartonshire Leisure programme where they will develop their skills across the floor, beam and vault.
The children will also learn a number of new skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, balancing, jumping and many more.
