Dumbarton boss Stevie Farrell said: “Having these discussions is always the toughest part of a manager's job and it was no different this year.

“We would like to thank each and every one of our players for playing their part in a historic season for the club and their contribution won’t be forgotten.

"I expect them all to go on and be a success in the rest of their careers.

“I am delighted with the players we do have under contract and the process of adding to the squad for League One football is already well underway and we look forward to sharing these details in the weeks ahead.”
