Looking for a way to get outdoors and enjoy the stunning local scenery? Then we have just the event for you.
Weekly Walk in the Park health walks utilise the beautiful and nurturing surroundings of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.
The local group in Balloch meets every Wednesday morning outside the Balloch Tourist Information Centre at 10.20am with the next one taking place on May 1.
According to organisers, the walks aim to create a supportive environment for people to start to enjoy the social and health benefits of being physically active.
Different routes are taken on the walks each week, which give participants the chance to explore and take in Balloch Country Park and the surrounding area.
All of the walks aim to be accessible and interesting for everyone.

Everyone is welcome and anyone can join when they like for a free, fun and easy way to get fit and feel better.
There is no need to book, simply turn up and enjoy the exercise.
It’s also a great way to meet new people and the group usually enjoys a coffee and a chat together after the walk.
There are also health walk groups in Drymen, Callander, Aberfoyle and Killin.
